My approach is grounded in my training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. Together we can explore ways in which you can make changes in the way you view yourself, others and the world.

I have worked in a range of mental health specialities and subspecialties in the NHS for over 12 years as a clinician, of which I have been qualified as a Cognitive Behaviour Psychotherapist for over 6 years. I have supported people in the NHS and the private sector with a range of psychological difficulties, mental health issues and coping with numerous challenges that one experiences in day-to-day life. My area of expertise and interest is to provide support to people with low self-esteem, perfectionism and intolerance of uncertainty.

For the past 5 years I have worked in the Perinatal Mental Health Service, as I am particularly interested in supporting women that are pregnant or postpartum in improving their mental wellbeing, strengthening their bond with unborn child/infant and adjusting to motherhood during such a vulnerable and sensitive period of their life.
